Magnolia Mountain CABIN

Magnolia Mountain Cabin is a Georgia film location situated in a wildlife refuge in Fulton County, just 30 minutes from downtown Atlanta. Neighboring cities are Roswell, Woodstock, and Marietta. There is no HOA and exterior construction code allows work  7 am - 9 pm Mon. - Fri. , 9 am - 9 pm Sat. - Sun..  Daily rates are reasonable with discount for weekly/monthly booking. There is a one-time $100.oo filming permit fee for the city. This is a 2 story (plus unfinished basement) 2000 sq. ft., 2 BR/2 BA home situated on 3 1/3 acres surrounded by 40 acres of forest offering mountain top views of two lakes in fall and winter.
